Before that, she worked with private equity-backed operators at a global software firm, where she learned how fast-moving medical companies make decisions and where operational strain shows up first. That background means she already understands what healthcare leaders are up against: lean staffing and reimbursement cycles that leave no room for systems that slow anyone down.
